Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened lotion containers. Should you return your lotion purchased via PayPal, AfterPay, or similar services, your refund will be gracefully returned to your original payment method or offered as an elegant store credit for your future indulgence. Our lotions contain mango butter and shea butter, which are natural plant-based butters with a high melting point. These ingredients may melt at temperatures above 86°F (30°C). While melting may change the product's texture or appearance, it does not affect its quality or effectiveness. We recommend storing your lotions in a cool, dry place to maintain their consistency.  Standard shipping 1 to 4 business days.
